At OmySalon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon furniture and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
